Facebook and Instagram Data Deletion

ITBH allows authorised hospital users to connect Facebook Pages and linked Instagram professional accounts. You can request deletion of information received from Meta at any time.

How to request deletion

1. Email info@rinasolutions.in from the email address associated with your ITBH account.
2. Use the subject ITBH Meta data deletion request.
3. Include your name, hospital name, ITBH account email, and the name or URL of the connected Facebook Page or Instagram account. Do not send passwords or access tokens.
4. We may ask you to verify your identity and authority over the hospital workspace before deletion.

What we will delete

After verification, we will disconnect the applicable Meta connection and delete the Facebook or Instagram access tokens, connected account identifiers, Page or account names and usernames, granted-permission records, and associated connection metadata held by ITBH.

Processing time

We will acknowledge the request and complete verified deletion within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or information must be retained for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution or another legal obligation. Where retention is required, the information will be restricted and deleted when that obligation ends.

What deletion does not remove

Deleting the ITBH connection does not delete your Facebook Page, Instagram account, or posts already published on those services. You can remove published content directly through Facebook or Instagram. Content and records created independently in the ITBH workspace may require a separate account or content deletion request.

Removing ITBH through Facebook

You may also remove ITBH from the integrations or business integrations section of your Facebook settings. This stops future access by the connection. To ensure information already stored by ITBH is deleted, send the email request described above.
